Oscar De La Hoyaand his wife, Milagros 'Millie' Corretjerare calling it quits after 22 years of marriage.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the legendary boxer cites "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their breakup.

The former boxer and his wife have been married for over two decades and De La Hoya is asking for joint custody of the 3 children they share together.

In the filing, the boxer says he is willing to give his ex-wife physical custody and he will have visitation. He's also willing to pay spousal support.

As for separate and joint property between the former couple have not gotten that far, the document states, "the parties have not yet determined the exact nature and extent of their separate property assets and debts, and will seek leave to amend this Petition
